We loved the hotel's convenient location near the BTS and tons of shopping options. The staff were incredibly attentive. one doorman even helped us find a good place to buy affordable luggage. The breakfast spread was decent and kept us fueled for our adventures. My brother and I really appreciated the clean rooms too.
My wife says that the breakfast area felt a bit awkward without some background music.
